I’m looking for someone to take over my spring sublease in a welcoming and comfortable shared house! I haven’t moved in yet, so I don’t have photos of the room available at the moment, but the room will come fully furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, and mirror, making it easy to move in without needing to bring your own furniture. The house has tons of storage space, and there is flexibility to move furniture or belongings out if needed to create more room for your own things. The home also has a large garage with additional storage space and plenty of easy street parking available, making it convenient for anyone with a car or extra belongings. The room shares a bathroom with the other roommates, and the house has a comfortable layout that makes sharing the space easy. It’s a fun and welcoming place to live with 3 other female roommates who are friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with.
