Nice Apartment On the Hill

Hi! I’m looking to sublease my room this summer in a 5-bedroom apartment on the Hill, just a short walk from CU Boulder campus—perfect for summer classes or being close to everything. The room comes with your own private bedroom and bathroom, plus in-unit laundry and fully furnished common areas in a safe, newer building (one of the nicer spots on the Hill). The apartment is really spacious and in a great location near campus, restaurants, and bars, and my roommates are all easygoing and great to live with.
