Spacious 1 BR house near East Campus

The BR is one of 4, with a shared bathroom but a fantastic roommate. There is a laundry room, kitchen, and living room. The room has a huge desk in the corner of the room, then a portable closet rack, but is otherwise unfurnished.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood and around an HOA, so the rules are more strict than they may be on the hill but the landlord is lenient, kind, and understanding.

There will be one roommate for sure, who will share the bathroom, then the other 2 rooms are available for sublease over the summer as well.
