Usually, just clean up after yourself, make sure your rent is paid on time, and smoke outside the house, not inside. We all do our own groceries as well.

Your roommates would be Cameron (EE major) and Zach (Comp Sci) : both CU students and great to live with. Cameron will be taking classes and working over the summer, and Zach will be working full-time, so the apartment tends to be pretty quiet during the day. They'll occasionally have people over, but always give a heads-up first. Shared spaces stay clean, and chores get split fairly without much hassle. No pets.
