Private Room 10 min walk away from campus/chataqua!!

Looking for a sublet for a private room on the Hill in Boulder, mid-May to mid-August!! Private room in a clean, 7-bedroom house with 3 full baths, in-unit washer and dryer, 10 min walk from Chautauqua, and 15 min walk from campus. Although it has 7 bedrooms, only 2-3 people will be in the house during the selected dates! can be flexible when it comes to rent as well :)

Currently, 7 (including me) awesome girls live here, though when summer begins, many will be going home for the summer, so 2-3 roommates are expected to be in the house May-August!
