Hiii looking for a subletter for the Spring 2027 semester! The room is a very spacious basement bedroom with a closet and fully fursnished in a 5-bedroom house shared with four CU students (super nice girls)! The room has two windows where natural light comes in! Also there are only two bedrooms in the basement, so you would share the downstairs bathroom with just one other person. The house is within walking distance of CU Boulder and close to bus routes, trails, shopping, and restaurants. It has a full kitchen, shared living space, in-unit laundry, a huge backyard, and free parking in the driveway and on the street. The move-in date is flexible—anytime from mid-to-late December through January. The move-out date is also flexible and can be at the end of April or May/June. Rent is $1100 per month.
