Hi there! My name is Hooman and I’m looking for a roommate for one bedroom in my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment for the 2026–2027 year (12-month lease with an option to renew). The move-in date is negotiable, and the first month’s rent will be prorated based on the move-in date. Rent is $900–$970 per month, depending on the best offer, with a $500 refundable deposit. A bit about me: I’m a 3rd-year PhD candidate in Civil Engineering. I’m looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces and each other’s privacy. I’m happy to hang out, chat, and enjoy life outside of the apartment, but I’m also completely fine with simply being roommates. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the living room and kitchen are partially furnished. I’m also open to working together to furnish the apartment more. The apartment is in a very convenient location: about an 8-minute walk to CU Boulder campus and a 10-minute walk to the nearest grocery store. All utilities are included in the rent, including water, electricity, internet, etc. Parking is also available for only $30 per month, and the apartment has easy access to the laundry room.
