I'm subletting my furnished room for Summer 2026 (2 months). The bedroom includes a bed with mattress and beddings, desk, lamp, and A/C. The bathroom is shared with one other male roommate. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances—including a toaster, coffee machine, and air fryer. The living room is also furnished and ready to use. Located in a very convenient area—just a 6-minute walk to CU Boulder campus and a 10-minute walk to the nearest grocery store.
