Fully furnished and styled girl's apartment with a full balcony view of the Flatirons- both rooms will be sublet if you want to sign with a friend! 15 minute walk from center of campus, easy bus access to downtown, main and east campus, and grocery stores. Amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, and a full-stack gym. Also included in-unit washing and drying, oven and electric stove, dishwasher, bathtub and shower, air conditioning and heating, a new microwave, fridge, air fryer, and rice cooker. We also have a private Wifi box, TV, balcony furniture, vacuum, mop, broom, cleaning supplies, and anything else you would need. Parking (both lot and underground garage) can be purchased from the apartment complex. Only requirement: We have three beta fish that need to be fed! Please let us know if uncomfortable and we can hire someone, but we will keep in contact and provide clear instructions.
